While it doesn't say the word organic, it says all the right things to me: "100% Grass-fed Ground Beef with Heart, Kidney and Liver", "Regeneratively Raised Food
Our farms work with nature to produce the most nutritious foods on the planet. NO pesticides, NO herbicides, NO antibiotics, NO added growth hormones, NO GMOs.". Sounds ORGANIC to me! Be sure to click on the ABOUT THIS PRODUCT and NUTRITION info bars. One final bit of information: This product is moister and bloodier than regular ground beef. Don't let it freak you out: It stays exceptionally moist and tender when cooked. And the taste of the liver/heart and kidney does not overpower. It has actually become my favorite meat to eat!
I remember that the Budwig protocol (for cancer treatment) uses liver juice from organic liver. I also remember the cod liver extract I had to take as a child which turned me off from liver for the rest of my life! A friend made liver and onions and said it did not taste like liver prepared like that. Good luck!

Yes. I don't believe what I've been getting from my local butcher is. I'm actually switching back to my original source because I wasn't getting the consistency with my butcher, plus it wasn't grass fed/grass finished.
