And if you’re currently a Republican or Democrat, or have not voted at all in the past, please consider becoming an Independent Voter. The future of America depends on it!
I have long considered myself to be an “Independent” voter. And I suspect that there are a lot more like me out there.
At least 43% of voters according to Gallup. (Independent Party ID Tied for High; Democratic ID at New Low).
Enough to win every election contest if there are at least 3 candidates.
So, since Independent voters CAN win every election, why haven’t we? And what do we need to do to win our country back?
My own story is probably legion to the reason:
I voted for Ross Perot every time he ran for election. When he formed the Reform Party, I became a paying member. The only political party I ever joined.
I suspect the party became infiltrated by the Uniparty (Republicans and Democrats), and most party members, including me and Ross Perot, became disillusioned by it.
My response was to continue to vote, but always just picking the lesser of the two evils between Republican and Democrat candidates. What I have finally figured out is that there IS NO lesser of the 2 evils. Both parties are evil.
This choice of the lesser of 2 evils is EXACTLY what the Uniparty wants. (Uniparty definition: Both the Republican and Democratic parties are controlled by ultra-rich individuals and multinational corporations. I call it the Uniparty).
Whichever political party wins, they win. And we lose. The Uniparty owns them both.
BTW, quick question on the issue of the 2 Party System: Can anyone tell me where in the US Constitution it states we will be governed by a 2 Party political system? I haven’t been able to find it.
At any rate, the only way to beat the Uniparty is to NEVER vote for a Uniparty candidate. ALWAYS vote for the Independent Candidate for each position on the ballot, or write in a name, or leave it blank.
I plan to do that in the 2024 election.
Oh, we probably will get a few duds, but no more so than what we get from Republicans and Democrats. (I won’t name names….). But we will get candidates that are less likely to be on the payroll of the Uniparty. And it will send a message.
I hope you and your family and friends, and their family and friends will join me.
If enough of you do, we MIGHT be able to see meaningful change in our Republic.
If not, we’ll continue to have a choice of the lesser of 2 evils in every election.
We see the world through the same color glasses.
